Welcome to Highland Terrace...

Highland Terrace Lofts is a 56 unit project with unusual architecture located adjacent to Lodo. The popular Highland neighborhood is west of I-25, north of Speer Blvd. The development is bordered by 30th and 31st street and Umatilla and Tejon. Offering location, style and affordability, all just minutes from Lodo and Downtown Denver. A bridge connecting the Highland neighborhood and Lodo is currently in the design phase. The bridge will cross I-25 creating easy access to Commons Park and Lower downtown.

We have a variety of beautiful Loft Units for sale and ready for move-in! At our open house, many of these units, including the sales office and our fully furnished model, are available to view, with each representing a different layout & design finish. If you like what you see today, we will schedule a personal tour to view each residence available to determine your ideal living space.
